What We Publish

Chemistry first: sequence, disulfide connectivity, molecular formula and mass, and the physical form in which research material is supplied. Then mechanism as it has been characterised in vitro and in animals, with the model named for each observation. Then the formulation literature, including what is actually known about oral and troche formats as opposed to what is asserted about them. Finally, the limitations of all of it, stated on the same page rather than in a footnote.

What We Do Not Publish

No human dosing, no administration schedules, no preparation protocols. No outcome claims. No vendor rankings, no purchasing guidance, no commercial comparison. No coverage of other peptides, which would dilute both the terminology and the evidence. Where the laboratory-handling section discusses units and arithmetic, it does so in the abstract and says explicitly that it is not a protocol.

How Sources Are Traced

Each substantive claim is tied to a public record, principally PubMed and NCBI entries, and the citation list is kept to sources a reader can open and check. Where a figure appears in more than one publication with different values, the range is reported rather than a single preferred number. Where the underlying work is a conference abstract or a secondary summary, that is stated instead of being presented as a peer-reviewed finding.

Attribution is grammatical as well as bibliographic. A finding is written as 'the authors reported' or 'in the model used', never as a general property of the molecule. This is the single most common failure in secondary writing about research peptides, and correcting it is most of the editorial work here. The research limitations section shows the same discipline applied to absence of evidence.

Corrections and Updates

Pages are reviewed on a rolling basis and the review date is shown on the research page. A correction is made in place, and where the correction changes a figure or a cited conclusion the change is noted in the review line rather than silently applied.
